This 3900 sq.ft. apartment is located in the midst of the city, on Golf Course Road, offers a practical & comfortable refuge in the city. The color scheme is beige, browns and whites with hints of brass.
It is the soul of the house. A small passage from the main entry door brings one into the foyer which consists of one round table and a cascading chandelier that anchors the space. Behind the table is a mirror screen that partially conceals the dining area.
Brass inlaid into wood is a typical detail that has been followed throughout the house. It can be seen in this image as the sliding door divides the formal living room from the informal living room - the lounge. The dining table chairs are from Poliform. The credenza on the left gives a lavish look.
With a heavy sliding screen on the right, the adjacent wall has been kept simple, with a marble portal framing the custom artwork. Modular 4 seater sofa and round armchairs complete the space.
Mainly a space for the family to get together and relax, it also doubles the storage space. In this space we have continued the same language of modular sofa and colors, as the living room.
Elegant, simple, functional, yet comfortable defines the space. There is a study desk, three wardrobes, a two-seater sofa and a king size bed in the space.
Using a darker color palette, the room has been highlighted with an inverted C-cove and everything else has been kept subdued and neutral. The room features a bed, two side tables, study desk and a TV unit.
The use of marble and modern fittings renders the bathroom, a unique character. Statuario is used generously throughout. Patterned flooring and seamless finishes add to the modern look.
